Final thought, if there is a spare ethernet cable in box, plug one into router, and one into booster if your

booster has an ethernet port, the new model does not so this will not apply.

Since I've had sky stream I constantly have to turn it on and off either because programmes won't load at all or every time you select a channel it takes you to bbc app or because the timing is out their mouths have moved before words have been spoken it's happening more and more often and now everything I watch constantly stops and starts frozen on the last scene before it happens again I have to turn it on and off, it happened constantly yesterday and it's doing it constantly today as well, I'm absolutely sick of it you can not watch a programme from start to finish without one problem or another
