Broadband Activation date later than delivery of sky glass.

I have recently signed up with sky. The delivery of my sky equipment (glass) is a week earlier than my broadband activation date. Thi seems bizzare considering glass requires broadband to function. Can my activation date be earlier?

@RobRocco unfortunately the activation cannot normally be broughtvforward as the slot is booked with Openreach who do the actual work. The broadband and TV are separate contracts even if bought at the sametime as you dont need Sky Broadbsnd to watch TV. The TV services contract only starts when you activate the TV which can be left up,to 14 days
