Broad band super fast should include talk anytime extra but I am being charged for this ?

I am being charged for talk anytime extra but it is supposed to be included in my broadband package

@noneatallThat is a chargeable extra that is a calls package for your landline. As with new activations you would normally start out as pay-as-you-go if Sky has not been directed to add on a calls package during sign up.

And yet when I sign in on my sky app it says it's included in my package

Yes its included in your package because you pay for it. If you are currently paying for a package then its 'Included'
