Re: Briadband/wifi not working
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Briadband/wifi not working
our Broadband speed has dropped in the last two days to approximately 2mb from 14.7mb and rendered the WiFi unusable. We have done all the necessary checks on line and we have disconnected and reconnected our router but it makes no difference. A family member who lives nearby is also experiencing the same problems. It seems that this is an area issue.

Re: Briadband/wifi not working
@TheClose With such low speed to start with are you on a old ADSL connection far away from any potential FTTC cabinet, would be best to contact sky, they can take a look see why it's so far down!
