Hi
Woke up today and WiFi had gone. Checked my order, as we switched from Vodafone to Sky broadband. Apparently today was the "Go Live" date for sky broadband so vodafone no long available but my order details says hub is not expected to be delivered until tomorrow. Why would they do this????? Is this normal? TV not working now either.

Hub delivery is timed for arrival a couple of days before the scheduled activation date: presumably in this case something went wrong with that.

The effort t contact sky. I've to work today by hotspotting off my phone which is not ideal. Still no hub. Got a text to say it should be here at 11.30. So disappointed
