My broadband is intermittent in the day whilst I am trying to work from home in my office upstairs.i am having to bring laptop into the lounge to allow me to work online.also I get a alert at 3..23am exactly every day telling my internet connection is lost which means my security cameras are out of action at the same time every day which leave my property vulnerable.
I recently upgrade to fiber optic to prevent these issues but unfortunately the problem is still the same I have to turn my WiFi off my phone and use 4g to allow access to the Internet.There is only myself and my husband living at this address with one mobile each a ring doorbell and one laptop it's hardly being over loaded.
