Braodband connection not working (for some members of my household).

We have five members in our household and for some reason two of us can connect to the Sky broadband but the other three are just unable to connect (and that includes on their iPhone or laptop).

We cannot understand why this would be happening.

We have tried:

1. rebooting the router

2. checking for any different settings

3. checking for any firewall settings

4. checked the pasword

5. changed the WPA setting from WPA3 to WPA2 etc

 

Anyone have any idea why this may be occuring?

Any help would be much appreciated.
