Box to send sky router back not delivered

I left sky on the 9th Jan, I informed sky when I was leaving that I will not be in the country anymore. I asked the Sky agent to send the parcel to my parents address which he said he has updated it and they will receive the return parcel days after leaving. I have now received a message to say I need to return the router or I will receive a charge. Sky did not send the return package as they promised to my parents address.

@JessBrewer it eas probably sent to the address for the service. In practice you dont heed the box see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

You can use your own box smdvan tiny the label yourself or get Royal Mail to print it as this link will help with this;
