Box is orange and will not change iv reset turned off etc to no change

Box on orange and will not change reset it turn off ect but still not change from orange

Use the service checker in your my sky app on mobile data. If the first diagnostic returns no issues continue the diagnostic by clicling check my connection in the blue box
