The extension box in my room is showing one orange light in the middle, my house internet won't attach to my phone without my data on. My laptop is struggling to connect

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rebecca143 sounds like the booster has lost connection to the hub. Normally boosters should be placed no more than half way between the hub and where you need the boost so try connecting it closer tomthe hub. However if you have changed the Sky hub the issue could be the booster is not comptatable with the new hub.
