Booster

i have bought a Tp-link booster and can't get it to work with my sky Wi-Fi?

@Wardy1998  When setting up,units like these read the instructions carefully.  I find connecting them intially with the two units in the same room is easiest. If the TP-Link offers wps button press and hold that in for a few seconds until the indicator starts flahing then do the same on the Sky hub - the button on the newest upright type of hub is on the right hand side and can be difficult to see. The two units should link and the wps lights stop blinking and then go out..

 

Then unplug the booster and move it so it is halfway between the hub and where you need the signal as boosters need a decent signal to work. If it wont liknk there its too far from the hub. Third party boosters wont work with Sky Q mini boxes if you have those they need a special Sky booster.
