Hi
I suspect this is fairly widely covered but from a quick search, it just says to reconnect, reset etc but I have done all that at both the router and the main Q box, and tried retrying WPS but nothing has worked.
Any further thoughts? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have one of the boosters that has an ethernet port did you try connecting the hub to the booster via ethernet for about 10-15mins then unplugging the ethernet cable and seeing if it keeps the connection light?
