Booster "Connected" button not green
Hi
I suspect this is fairly widely covered but from a quick search, it just says to reconnect, reset etc but I have done all that at both the router and the main Q box, and tried retrying WPS but nothing has worked.
Any further thoughts? Thanks

Re: Booster "Connected" button not green
Are other devices connecting fine?

Re: Booster "Connected" button not green
If you have one of the boosters that has an ethernet port did you try connecting the hub to the booster via ethernet for about 10-15mins then unplugging the ethernet cable and seeing if it keeps the connection light?
