Booster Wont Connect to new Hub
I've just upgraded to Full Fibre, howevere I cannot get my Sky Hub SE210 to connect to the new Hub. is this a compatability issue? I've done the usual full reset of the hub, moving it into same room, WPS at same time.. all I get at the end is Power and Wifi led but not connect. the WPS just times out.
Any info will be appreciated

Re: Booster Wont Connect to new Hub
The white Max Hub* has its own booster hardware ('pods')
These are loaned under the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' component of the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

Re: Booster Wont Connect to new Hub
Thanks Tim. I have the Black 4.2 Hub.. I will need to look at the Wifi Max option if this older hub is done.

The SR203 Sky Broadband Hub from 2019 is still in support.

Re: Booster Wont Connect to new Hub
I've just got the SR203 for my Full Fibre.. I had the ER115 beforehand which I had my SE210 Booster connected to. Now that Booster won't connect to the SR203.

Re: Booster Wont Connect to new Hub
@Eddie55 The link below, but here is the way, take the SE210 and sit it next to the SR203 hub, once the SE is up to the two outside lights, press the wps on the SR, look see that the orange light comes on in it's button, then same on the SE press it's wps and again watch orange light, will take upto 5 mins for them both to figure out and set, at the end your middle light on the SE will come on, PLEASE leave it for 5 mins at that point, once done, disconnect the power of the SE and move it to were it is needed. Link below if you need it!

If you need you can also full factory reset the SE, but that should not need to be required. Think it is also covered in the link how to do!

Re: Booster Wont Connect to new Hub
So, I had already done all these pairing procedures yesterday and nothing worked.. I have repeated the process earlier and it has now worked! the only difference is that yesterday only 3 leds were present on the hub, the 'Voice' was off. Today it has lit up and the Hub has now paired... This is the only thing that changed from yesterday. bit of an odd one, but worth noting.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Re: Booster Wont Connect to new Hub
@Eddie55 It's what ever makes it work, cannot see it but anything is possible, sometimes the pairing process off the Hub/Booster combo can just be a nightmare, have never had one single issue apart from trying to do it when they are NOT sitting beside each other that always fails without a doubt!
