Bookham Surrey by split the area by the esso garage April 2024

So ace service upto April 2024 , we lost all services for 4 weeks and hey presto a new Cabinet by the eso garage, since the. Its claimed we are 35, it's 6.3 meg sent all details, nt have split the area for more customers and it's seems every nighy there are works as every day since September we have to reset all devices / yes it's a joke / I worked for abirton and sky and have tried to say to them it's the problem is the back Gail from the exchange does not have the network capacity and the works going on for the upgrade disconnects the service every few day/ No. No -  guys please be honest / my neighbours iow ask me and are leaving you here - I pay 218 per month please n

Oh forgot to say I work night for a IS company now- Comcast ??  I wonder who owns sky  - I am making the questions internal  as I hate lies. - it's so shot even my colleagues say change to virgin, we cannot have a call in 2,9mg  evening , I was presenting to a few colleagues no one else on the house up to game or surf, this is our company and it's a joke we

Whoops forgot

to say it's by tuning and ruiining this not skinny although may have to go to Elon to work - the skinny product what's it's called, hidden as these bots look for key words , we all know Elon service /  6,9 is great or today I would love to attached the spreed count 2.2 as I have attached three things new to the "tech staff" can sky and by honest with your clients, upgrade have to happen of course due to demanding needs, but lies !!!

@Possedoffbysky if you have a black Sky hub please post the connection stats as these will show the connection speed to the cabinet. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics


If a second network like Virgin Media or an Altnet have cables in your area it is no brainer to switch to use those if the Openreach infrastructure Sky use is so poor in your area. I know Sky's own staff do this routinely in some areas switching back to Sky when full fibre is available.
