Find out more@Roseannekl you will have been given an activation date which should be in the My Order section in the website or My Sky app. if that has passed you need to call Sky to find out why Openreach could not connect you and what is going to happen. If your activation date is today the activation can take place anytime up unitil midnight but Sky won't have any informatuon until tomorrow,
