Bluetooth Alexa stopped working after installation of broadband
Had my new sky broadband installed very pleased engineer was fantastic however my Alexa stopped working (no sound, not responding to Voice etc) and my iPhone Bluetooth doesn't recognise the device anymore
restarted router and echo but it's an old version so can't seem to do factory restart. Does anyone have any ideas please?

The older Alexa devices are usually only compatible with wireless standard 802.11ac (band A only), and there the device needs upgrading to work on Sky Max which uses the complete 802.11ax 5Ghz band A, B and C.
