I work from home and have Z Scaler on my laptop. Worked fine with Virgin broadband now we have sky I’m blocked from certain sites , they just don’t connect - work says this is a sky problem , I have looked around certain discussions and most are referring to not being able to connect to Zscaler - I can connect fine I’m just being blocked and its impacting my job as some sites are work related and I cant open them. I do not want to deactivate the shield – what’s the fix here as I’m close to getting it uninstalled and going back to previous provider.
