Blinking green light no WiFi =no tv help!

Help! All of a sudden no WiFi connection, tested everything. Have sky stream so no way I can wait 72 hrs for an engineer to look into our problem, struggling to speak to a human. All it's doing is pulsing green light on sky hub, any idea?
