Recently changed my broadband to sky and when i try connect my blink camera it keeps saying incorrect password when it's the correct password? Anyone help?

@jamesn123 Ive sorted it now hard reset on the blink. Thanks for your help 👌🏻

Can you send a screenshot of what your seeing in the hubs admin interface where you can't untick it?

If you managed to split the WiFi bands so you have two seperate SSIDs & the blink camera still wont connect I would triple check that you are entering the password correctly with the right characters & numbers. If it still does not work you'd need to contact blink

If you have broadband shield go to settings and turn it to 18+ .... if that dosnt work contact blink throught the app and hey presto an update and all works ....
