Can anyone help.
I remember the Black Friday deal I got being Fibre 150 with WiFi Max hub for £27/month.
I had delays with Openreach install and the order got automatically cancelled due to time out.
When I phoned Sky, they put the order back in and said they'd honour the Black Friday deal.
However, it's finally gone live and I'm being charged £31/month as they're saying it's £27 for Fibre 150 and £4 for WiFi Max.
I'm sure it was £27/month all together but Sky have denied this when I called.
I've tried to find references to the deal online and could only find here:

The Max hub & the WiFi Max addon are two different things. That deal seems to suggest you just get the Max hub, it doesnt say you get the Max subscription with it.

Re: Black Friday deal not honoured?
Yeah, managed to get it sorted after a second call. I was getting charged for WiFi Max, which I hadn't agreed to, and I only wanted the Max hub.
Thanks for the reply! 🙂
