Billed by Sky and Ee for broadband
Just doing yearly spends and noticed £43.00 going out of my account at the end of January. Then another sky bill 2 weeks later? I moved in September 2024 taking sky tv, so the 2 nd bill was for tv and was correct. However sky are saying that I have to contact EE because in March 2024 Ee took over my phone line and broadband from sky. Sky have continued to charge me £43 a month since March 2024 even though Ee also changed me for the same thing? Do I just complain to sky or ee? Both are saying it’s the others fault,

@RebeccaFuds If you moved broadband to EE in March they should have told Sky they where taking over the line which would automatically cancel your Sky broadband, if they haven't or they installed a new line instead then EE are at fault.
