Better router via Sky

Sky / Now customer service is just sooooo bad it's really got to be the worst in the market......all I want to do is renew my router. Ive had my router via NowTV for some time, and I believe that Sky might have a better router - if necessary I'd renew my contract....Can I get to a human being to discuss this? No chance. Do I need to just cancel my connection (I am out of contract anyway) and start a new contract with Sky directly, to get a response on this point?

Moving to Sky Broadband could get you the 2023 Max Hub (or, if CityFibre is in your area, the WiFi 7 model supplied for those circuits)

 

Now Broadband is intended to target a budget market segment and so only offers a rebadged 2016 Q Hub and the truly antique 2013 Sky Hub

Thanks, do you think i am best just trying to open a new contract with Sky? Its just it seems to revognise my account and then forces me down a NowTV route......where actual humans do not exist.
