We have cancelled our broadband and Sky have agreed an end date of 31.10.24. However we are still being billed in November for BB for the month. How can I ensure my DD does not collect the wrong amount?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@t0rnad01972 As per Sky's billing if you cancel mid cycle you're billined for the full period, once the service is fully cancelled any overpayment is refunded to you.
