Being charged for cancelled broadband

We have cancelled our broadband and Sky have agreed an end date of 31.10.24. However we are still being billed in November for BB for the month.  How can I ensure my DD does not collect the wrong amount?

@t0rnad01972  As per Sky's billing if you cancel mid cycle you're billined for the full period, once the service is fully cancelled any overpayment is refunded to you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
