Being asked to return equipment but the services are not cancelled

I'm currently being asked to return my booster but the services haven't been cancelled. I'm not sure why I need to return anything whilst I'm still paying for the services?

We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently not available. We were expecting its return a few weeks ago but don’t have a timeframe for it being available again.

In the meantime you can perhaps contact Sky by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by phoning in.

Thank you! Sky confirmed this is a technical error and all packaging etc and requests can be ignored. Shame to have wasted the materials in posting everything out, but sometimes these things can't be helped!
