Been without broadband now for 5 days due to sub contractor neglect when fitting.

just wondering if anyone else has struggled with Sky with regard to fitting super fast fibre? The sub contractor they sent to do the work has made a right mess of it, but customer service wise from Sky has been appalling I'm 5 days and counting now without broadband.
