@Allanhardman It is not unusual a single hub cannot give wifi in every room a lot depends on the layout of your home and what it is built out of.
if you call Sky they will try to sell you a basic add on package called Broadband Boost at £5 per month which would give you a booster or a more advanced package called Wifi Max whose offer price is £7.50 which gives you a more modern router and up,yo 3 pod extenders if an engineer agrees you ned them.
Alternatively you can buy any of the huge range of thitd party solutions
