Bad service from SKY

Is it normal to still be waiting for your service to be connected over 2 months after placing an order?

Unfortunately for a new FTTP connection that's far from unknown: ours, through BT Broadband, took over three months.

 

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
