Bad connection with Wifi with 2 iPhones and MacBook Air

Hello Team,

I am having super problems with images rendering and delayed opening of sites with our 2 iphones and MacBook Air.  When I was with BT I had 3 extenders around the house and everything was fine.  Since moving to sky broadband the family have had lots of issues, including when on teams calls saying the internet connection is unstable.  Any thoughts?

Thanking you in advance

Previously using three 'extenders' would presumably suggest challenging wireless conditions.  Did you add the Broadband Boost or Max WiFi supplements to Sky broadband when you subscribed, and have you claimed booster hardware under the relevant scheme?

You can claim up to two more Max pods, but Sky might insist on a 'WiFi engineer' visit to install them.
