Bad connection WiFi since we gave notice to leave sky
Since yesterday on giving notice to change our broadband/wifi to another provider our WiFi is now consistently failing. It's disconnecting every half hour or so. It has never ever been this bad yet our friends in the same area are having no problem at all.
As we are still paying for our broadband/wifi then we expect to have full service and not constant disconnection. Please allow our broadband and WiFi to continue without disruption until we are no longer a customer.

Re: Bad connection WiFi since we gave notice to leave sky
That's almost certainly entirely coincidental: not only would Ofcom be distinctly unimpressed by any such action, there's actually no practical way for an ISP to do such a thing if it was foolish enough to want to.
I'd suggest logging a fault with Sky (which cannot be done through posting here)
Obviously one potential issue is that an external fault might not be resolvable within the remaining period of your contract.
