@Anetka

Try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Re: Bad conectiin on first floor

Unforetunately thats pretty much same with most properties specially if the Sky router is placed near front wall  of the property and you trying for Wi-Fi in bedroom opposite side of the property and 1 floor above.  My sons bedroom had similar issue.

You can either pay extra monthly to upgrade to Wi-Fi max or invest in your own mesh system. I have a TP-Link Deco mesh.

First Deco is connected to Sky router downstairs living room and 2nd Deco placed upstairs rear bedroom inside my sons wardrobe. The front of house is covered by 1st Deco and rear half by 2nd Deco. I can also get strong Wi-Fi sitting at the kitchen table...but with Sky black router the Wi-Fi in rear of property was similar to predicting UK weather forecast 🤔

I have very stable Wi-Fi ..happy Sky FF500 customer since  April this year 😊

Re: Bad conectiin on first floor

Hi @Anetka

I agree with @Sayek and have installed an Eero mesh system to get decent coverage across all the rooms in our bungalow.

Whilst this is initially expensive, it is quite future proof since it can easily be used with any broadband supplier should you need/wish to move at the end of your contract with Sky. I was with TalkTalk initially and simply reconfigured things to operate with the Sky Broadband hub but still using the original SSID I had with TalkTalk (so no need to reenter SSID/password details on the multitude of devices that connect to the wifi these days).

Good luck whichever way you end up going with this.
