Bad broadband and no resolution

My broadband has had nothing but drops and cutouts since 9 th june 2024 but yet sky say they are improving there network in other areas which are nowhere near me, im sorry sky but this has to be some kind of joke even your engineers have no clue what is going on or how to fix the problem and yet still waiting for fttp in my road

I'm exactly the same really bad and for the money we pay might as well cancel and go with virgin

@tig1984 & @Ivonne not every piece of maintenance work appears on Sky's status pages but loss of connection after midnight is likely to be due to essential work if the line works normally during the day.
