Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@G+e+l Sky's web interface is not that reliable and certainly back-up/restore is very rarely used so it could easily be a bug. It isbelieved that Sky are working on a new interface to manage their hubs probably an app. Therefore it seems unlikely thst they will fix the current interface but if they did personally I would like them to fix the issues with ios devices not being able to save changes etc.
