BT OPENREACH CAN'T FIX BB DROPPING OUT - I NEED A NEW HUB SENT OUT

BT OPENREACH has been unable to find out why my broadband signal is dropping in and out in the last two weeks. They have been unable to resolve this problem and we can't watch TV. They have said you need to PLEASE SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT HUB FOR BROADBAND URGENTLY AS THE SUPERFAST GUARANTEE IS BROKEN AND FAULT IS UNRESOLVED
