Please help, I have a pair of BT Extenders (Bought off the shelf) when I changed broadband provider to Sky they stopped working, never really a problem until now (starting a home office), they are all lit up powered, connected as necessary, even picking up the WIFI, BUT no Data connection.
Tried all of the resets that seem available on line, seeking sage advice
Model is BT Broadband Extender 1000, picture attached - long since discontinued line, any ideas other than bin and start again.
Thanks in advance

Thanks, unfortunately didn't work. Weird as I know that they used to work with the router, just suddenly stopped, probably some strange update, i'll get a couple of TP Link/Powerline and see how they go. Thanks anyway
