BROADBAND

I had an appointment to activate my broadband on the 17th of August but I couldn't be there because I was working, I haven't received any message in the 3 days after the appointment, what should I do to get a new appointment?

@MarcSIlvesgreWould be best to give Sky a call and see what dates they have available to get your broadband activated. Was an engineer supposed to come and do work in the property?

Yes, I had the appointment on the 17th but I was not at home so I could not open the installer, can you tell me what number I should call to ask for another appointment or to have the internet activated?

@MarcSIlvesgreIf you are already with Sky you can dial 150 if you are not with Sky then you can find a number to call at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help ".
