Been experiencing this over the course of few weeks now. Within greater Manchester area. So bad. Choose the latest spec for working from home but look like it's a hindrance . Say it is providing the right speed but no use if connection keep dropping intermittently. Not sure if this wpukd suffice for us to enable cancelling contract and change provider?

Only where several attempts at remedy haven't succeeded and the ISP offers early exit.
