BB went live last week - still no router!

Hi,

My broadband was due to go live last Tuesday. Sky have been messing me around and I still haven't received my router.

I've made a complaint but i keep just getting lied to and fobbed off. How can I escalate this? I am beyond frustrated and angry. Thanks
