Audible alarm from Openreach box on wall

I have FTTP which enters the house via an Openreach box (puck) on the wall which in turn is connected to the Sky router. This was installed in 2021. The broadband/wifi is working just fine but there is an intermittent audible alarm coming from the Openreach box. It sounds like a smoke detector whose backup battery is running low, but much louder. This has never happened before. Any suggestions on a fix?

@MC693  It will be on ONT as a puck is a Streaming TV box from Sky.

Apologies, i was using "Puck" as a size reference not a streaming device. Yes definitly on the ONT any ideas how to silence it?

@MC693  Is there an alarm light? Does powering down and back up help?

 

If not I'd give Sky a call on 150 from either a Sky Talk Landline or Sky Mobile.

That's a new one: I wasn't aware any model of ONT had a speaker.
