At least three days of slow speeds and connection issues; should I end contract ?

So after three days of terrible service and then some Sky have offered a month subscription fee refund and the option to end contract free of charge. Odd there hasn't been any promises to fix the base issue. Should I take this out? Or is it reasonable to expect an improvement in service ever?

@LeavingSoSoon You do not say what type off service that you have. So no way off predicting such!
