Asus tuf ax3000v2, no internet on fttp

Hi, I am trying to replace my router for this Asus one, I am on sky full fibre fttp and an open reach ont. I have seen numerouse post with random user/password combo's for  PPPoE and seen many others that says to use DHCP . I have tried both and cannot get a connection. Any help appreciated.

In the uk sky use client identifier option 61

Locate the above field and type in 

anything@skydsl|anything

I can't find anything on the router about option 61 or a client identifier. Only DHCP, pppoe or static ip

Set wan connection type to automatic ip

Are you using the asus router app.

Try the web interface ip 192.168.x.x

I was, now. Fired laptop up and found it straight away, we have internet. Is there anything else I need to change I read somewhere about changing DHCP frequency from aggressive. Thanks

Checkout adaptive qos on the router asus app.  It allows you to priortise gaming, streaming etc in order of which is more important at anytime

In relation to dhcp query freq normally we advice to select normal
