Asus, Netgear, or TP-Link for Sky FTTP

I'm possibly interested in getting a better router for use with Sky FTTP. I'm thinking of the following brands...Asus, Netgear, and TP-Link.

Does anyone have any recomendations on what works well? It has to have WiFi 6 and be not too expensive. Thanks.

@LGUser hi Asus are well thought of and there are loads of walk throughs on how to connect them on the forum. Which model depends on what features you need and the budget. I would avoid TP-Link as these have been difficult to connect.

Note you will lose the land line if you use a third party router.

I concur with @Chrisee, purely for ease of set-up and support from this forum, the Asus brand.
As already pointed out, you need the Sky Broadband Hub in place if you need a landline.

We don't plan on using the land line. We have our cell phones for calls. I'm not sure on my budget as of yet. But what's the lowest end Asus that would work and then if any of the others from there will work, I can choose based on features and price. It has to have WiFi 6 as my laptop has WiFi 6e and my Wife's iPad Pro has Wifi 6.

Thanks. Asus it is if I do decide to get a better router. Not needing the phone. We had one before and never used it. It was pay-as-you-go.

Check out, as a starter for ten this link, any 'AX' router will be Wi-Fi 6. Of course, there are other places you can get them.
Personally, I'm not a fan of how most of

them look and I wouldn't want to hide it away and scupper it's Wi-Fi performance.
The XT8 is on the list for my upgrade when the time comes.

I think my reply has been caught in the spam filter as it's vanished. I'm sure others will reply too and if my post isn't released on Monday I'll repost.
