Asking to change my activation date on broadband

 Is it possible to call up sky and ask for my activation date for broadband  to be brought forwards, as I've been without internet for 2 weeks and 4G is ran out.

@SophiaHeidix  You won't be able to bring a date forward as this is set by Openreach and the minimum lead time from order is 10 working days.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unless you specified a date further away than 2 weeks when you first signed up then Sky would have already given you the first available activation date available.

 

Just to give you an idea, all broadband installs are usually subject to a minimum 10 working day or 2 week lead time. Ontop of that if Openreach need to come and install fibre lines to your property this can take a number of more weeks.

@SophiaHeidix unfortunately it is highly unlikely you can get an earlier activation date as these are set by Openreach rather than Sky and there is a 10 working day lead time.
