Re: As i am leaving this country. I want to cancel my contract.
@HM14 You can't cancel your service in apublic forum, you'll need to call Sky to do that.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

@HM14
To cancel Broadband/Talk you need to contact Sky as advised above and give the required notice of 14 days, but if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period and it's your responsibility to return it before you leave. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging so DMs are switched off
