Arlo floodlight security camera not connecting to Sky Max Hub

Since having Sky FttP installled recently, my Arlo floodlight camera will not connect to the wifi. Things I've tried to rectify this:

  • Disabled 5ghz band at the router as the camera will only work on a 2.4ghz band
  • Reduced the wifi security to WPA2
  • Logged into the router and the camera appears as an "Offline Device"

Any suggestions?

I've resolved the issue now. The problem was the sky hub password which was incorrectly entered.
