Apps not working on Bravo tv

I have just joined Sky broadband. Since the activation of service, a few apps have stopped responding on my Sony Bravo tv, namely - Primevideo, Netflix And Lesmills. Can anybody help please? Surprisingly both YouTube and Disney+ are working ok.

@Charliefang  Have you tried refreshing the apps on the TV, given the rest work I don't thonk this is a broadband issue otherwise all apps would be affected.

 

I presume also you reset the TV network settings to work over Sky's broadband hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
