Apps like Facebook not loading properly on my phone, also getting messages on different devices saying we are not connected to internet but the Sky Service Checker says we are connected to Hub, WiFi, etc but things not working.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KW4675 The service checker is historical data that has been gathered and you need to click on broadband to push the testing of broadband to be updated.
