For no reason at all , my new iPad and 2 iPhones have lost WiFi connection. I am getting a repeated 'incorrect password for "SKYYXXXXX" when i try to join on all the Apple devices.
I know I'm typing the correct password in as I have many other devices connected without any issues. I have never changed the password or anything.
I have no problems connecting either my iPad or iPhone to my neighbours wifi, or a personal hot spot so I know it's not the devices that are the issue.
I have powered down the router and both devices. Still no luck.
I have forgotten networks and tried to rejoin.
Nothing so far has worked - any ideas would be apprecaited please.
Many thanks!

@DiJo1 If your running the router without having made many / any changes?
your best option if you still can't get devices to connect to your wifi is to factory reset the router.
Either from within the router admin page
or
hold the reset button for at least 20 seconds, any shorter & there's a chance the router will just reboot.
wifi password will then be as per sticker printed on the bottom of the router.
Do let the forum know how you get on or if you need further help 👌

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Buteman usually this routine works with my ios devices. First tell the device to forget the connection then power down the device - methods differe but on most iphones hold in the power switch until the option appears - then restart and add the connection from scratch. The issue happens when the password field gets scambled and needs to be cleared before the correct value is accepted.

@Chrisee. Hi I think I have tried that one. But will try again to see if it makes anydifference.

After trying hard set of IPhone and switching wi go off and back on I reset the router. At first this caused issues with all devices including my laptop but after a while everything re connected including the IPhones so seems to be the answer.
