@Chrisee Do you have any idea how long it is going to take until this is resolved? I am still having the same issues.

I've tested mine today, 1 so far, and it looks as though the roll back from Sky has resolved the issue. I'll test the other one in the morning and confirm the problem is fixed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CiemnyRafa modt people are reporting the roll back is working without rebooting the hub but if your doesnt when the hub's web interface shows you are back on firmware 7.03.04 from 7.03.05 (older hubs have different version numbers butvtge key part is the switch from 05 to 04) and you srexstill having issues simply reboot your hub.
@RT4 we are told that rolling back the 5 or 6 million hubs takes at least a week.. Sky freeze all updates and changes from around 15th for the holiday period so this exercise will complete before then.

@Chrisee - this hasn't worked for me unfortunately. I've not been able to connect my Homepod Mini to the Sky Wifi for over a week now. I've checked my firmware tonight and it's version 7.03.0400.R (I have an SR203) - I tried to connect again but failed, rebooted the router and reset the homepod mini back to factory settings but still get the message "Unable to Join Wi-Fi". I tried on both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz networks but both failed.
I've taken the homepod mini to work and it connects easily to the Wifi network there so I know it's not hardware related. Do you have any other ideas? This is so frustrating!
Thanks
Nick

Hi @nicksk11
Welcome to the Sky Community.
Can I ask if you've reset your hub by holding down the reset button for 10 seconds, before trying to connect again?

I have just moved to sky after having a horrible experience with BT Braodband being unrelaible, and my experience with sky in the last 24 hours isnt much better!
4 homepod minis wont connect to the new hub!

Spent the best part of 30 mins on a call to sky support. Got no where. Only advice was to split the 2.4 & 5GHz network which didn't help.

This issue has just happened to me now too.
2 HomePod minis not working, rebooted the hub etc and still no luck. This is very frustrating, sky should let me cancel my contract early with no penalty
