App says issue with speed to my hub unable find a working number for sky

My app shows an issue with the speed coming to my hub. Hun all ok, wifi ok and devices all ok.

how on earth can I talk to sky no numbers appear to work at point of leaving now just had enough of the difficulties talking to a human

@Gersdoyle50 Sky have literally thousand of agents answering calls for 13 hours each day (8am to 9pm) calls to 150 on a Sky Talk or Sky Mobile line are free but there are numerous 03 numbers listed including in the test app which all go to the same system but help Sky route calls. The IVR system can be a pain but do not accept offers of a text etc stay on the line and if asked why you are calling say technical - something around 100,000 calls are answered every day so you may be on hold for a few minutes but the wait is rarely as long as thecsystem tells you.
